Description: Doing a thorough cleaning is very important.  Get all the old coatings and caulkings off all surfaces.

Scan the entire roof for pinholes and circle them with a marker.  Some can be hard to see, so do this immediately after hosing off the roof.  Press down on suspected pinholes. If it is a pinhole, water will seep back up through it.  Mine wasnt' really bad, but it did have certain areas where pinholes were clustered.

Be sure the roof is completely dry before proceeding.
