I need a new Furnace.  Has anyone replace theirs on their 75' and if so what would you recommend.

I replaced mine with a atwood  1600 btu from a tent trailer. It does the trick but it was also free.

Hi TJ i replaced mine with a larger one 35000 BTU With Electric ignition Same manufacturer Suburban I had to move the exaust/intake holes up about 2 in but everything else fit . But i also added a couple outlets wile i was at it It really handles the cold Iv used it at 20° with great results I also use a 12V,  6" fan at the ceiling to help with circulation . I replaced mine due to ea year i had to clean the rust out of the gas orfice . Frank

Far as I know you will have to adapt one.  The newer models are not as tall as the old coleman's so the exhaust/intake port does not line up.Dave

I think mine is original but no sure. I am nervous about using it but dont need it much in my area. Still, it would be nice to know if its safe. I hate to think my ol' classic going up in smoke....

Any advice besides paying a service center to go through it?

There great of furnace's. Nothing wrong with them safe as they get. The only reason I'm replacing mine is you can't get part's for them any more. So sure....us it. There great. :)ThmbUp
