Odd old Ford Class B/C ?

Saw this sitting in our local library parking lot yesterday.. any guesses.. no markings other than ford econoline.. painted with house paint... probable full timer... idaho plates...

At first I was going to say it is just a plain Ford Econoline van that has been cut and a camper built on. A lot of that was done in the 60's and 70's. Then I looked again and something just does not look right with the body lines on that van, The hood area is enlarged and seems to wrap around the door.

Just looked at some pics of a 73 Econoline and that is it. Someone cut it and bought the siding and built a camper. You should have hung around to see who got in it. Hm?
