I have been looking for the RPO # tag but can't seem to find it.
Todays vehicles it's in the glove box. I have looked in the glove box, the basement, under the dash, front of engine compartment, by breaker box and see nothing.
Where do they hide it?
Thanks.

Sorry, no idea. We do have a few members here with Holiday Ramblers though, so maybe one of them could tell you.
I reserve the right to reject your reality and substitute my own...

Are you wanting a serial # or a certain part #?
I've never seen any numbers on mine. Just a heads up though, those tag axles are a different animal when it comes to brakes and parts.

Looking for the RPO #'s for the chassis. I want to replace the steering gear box and some other parts but they have a couple versions and depends on which RPO #.
All vehicles have them from the manufacturer but not sure where they put it. Unless somebody took it off.

edit:  Nevermind, I finally figured out what you are looking for and as far as I know, there isn't one.

I don't know what an RPO # is, but if you are looking for this, on my HR it is on the wall by the driver's left foot.

These are built on a P30 chassis 1 ton ( MOTORHOME) so any mechanical, drive line, or some chassis electrical can be found by finding the year of chassis. Probably a 1989 then look for a P30 chassis and its very important that it says MOTORHOME in the description. I've returned a few parts because it was made for a 1 ton P30. The motorhome parts are smaller but still strong due to clearances. Sometimes you need to take the original part with you to double check. I'll look tomorrow for any kind of numbers to help.

Thanks guys.
My VIN ID sticker is inside the basement but no RPO sticker. I'll keep digging around.

The GM Service manual says the Service Parts Identification Sticker would be located "on an inner body panel for Forward Control models".

I would concentrate my search to the engine area.  Radiator and dash supports which where built by GM.

I got them!!
It is nowhere to be found on the chassis so I called GM fleet customer service to see if they could help.
I called, a human actually answered and I told him what I was looking for.
I gave him the VIN # and he pulled up the RPO's for my chassis in a second.
He then emailed me the VIN with all the RPO's with each description next to them so I didn't even have to look at the RPO master sheet.
LOL, all that looking around and it was a 5 minute phone call to get the info I needed.
