Do I have to remove the doghouse to access the top radiator hose?  Went to my local Valvoline Instant Oil change to flush ATF, Coolant and replace serpentine belt.  They had no problem with the ATF, but couldn't find the top radiator hose to do the flush.  Do I remove the doghouse for access to this and the serpentine belt?

Is there a utube link on how to remove and replace doghouse?

Based on what I see in the Parts book, page 69, there is a hex screw that has to be removed at the rear of the cover.  You should then be able to remove the cover.

I reach in from the front over top of the radiator and take the hose off of the radiator and flush from there. But if you are planning to really flush the block thoroughly you need to take out the thermostat so you get full water flow. In that case you will need to remove the dog box to get to the thermostat.

Rick, remember this is a Workhorse chassis with a 8.1 FI engine, not an older chevy P32 with a 454.  I have no clue what this setup looks like.
