Part of getting this beast on its feet will be to replace the airbags.  I did find documentation that says the original was Firestone.

Anybody have any preference, or part number, or are there cheaper and or better aftermarket brands?

Thanks

If you are talking about the front bags then my suggestion is to put the heavy duty springs on available at places like Michigan truck spring or Stengals and eliminate the bags. It rides just as well and no worries about a bag going down and affecting the alignment. That is something most people do not think about is the alignment is very tricky on these and those air bags make it worse by changing the height all the time. A 1 inch change in height will change both the camber and more importantly the toe in. It only takes 30 lbs. of pressure to do that.

I have both front and rear bags.  All not holding air.

Has anyone confirmed if the Air Lift bag only can replace the original Firestone Ride Rite?  It would seem a wast to me of time and money to replace brackets.
