After working under the MH Off and on for two weeks i noticed my levelers are gone from underneath the front end. The pump/compressor and lines are there but no levelers. So after looking for a topic here i didn't find anything and there's nothing online telling me what model/brand they are. So i need a picture and model numbers or alternative brands that will fit under there. I Have the air suspension system and air bags in the coil springs but no leveling rams.  I Can see now this old girl is gonna nickel and dime me to death.

Mine is an 88, and most likely yours are the same manufacturer HWH.  Been working on mine for a year off and on, so acquired some good bit of experience.  One rear 9000lb jack inoperative (frozen), and one front 6000lb inoperative (still working on problem)  I would plug those front hoses with brass flare fitting plugs and get the other stuff working to determine how far you want to go.

If you can give us a pick of the controller I could confirm it's an HWH 110 system.

Are the brackets still there up front?  Would determine the cost on them.

The brackets are there and the inside switch controller is the same as the original brochure picture if you have one. I Don't have a camera right now.

When you say you have the air suspension system do you have the full air system with the large truck style air bags doing all of the suspending? I am not an expert on the multiple systems they used on these but one thing I do know is that you do not want to lift the vehicle with another means with an inflated air bag. That could cause damage to the bag and associated components. On big trucks the load levelers work both ways so that if the load is removed from the bags they deflate, On mine they do not do that.

There are Four Heavy duty Air shocks that have individual supply lines out to the wheel wells for manual filling and their are remotes coming off each shock to a 4 way mounted next to a small air tank and compressor mounted by the rear end housing, then there's control wires coming out of a side mounted box running forward up to the drivers side door post channel to the switch mounted on either the dash or the door, i can't tell which. There are lines on either side front wheels hanging down and a nice clean rust free spot on the frame where the thievin b-stardo took the rams off. There are no leveling rams on the back. And i couldn't find any evidence there ever were any in back. So i'm guessing the four shocks tied together are part of the ride leveling set-up from the factory for adjusting the ride during operation. The forward air tank and compressor are still there but the box with the wires in it is open and the wires/air lines are ripped out and look like it was pulled apart violently. Bothe tanks and compressors are rusty as hell and probably all need replacing.   So at this point i need to find out what brands of levelers will work and look for salvage ones first if possible because new ones seem way out of my spending range/ability.  I'm trying to basically build/rebuild something my wife and i can get in and head away from hurricanes etc. and take an occasional trip with on a disabled veterans income which you can guess is very little.

I'm having a time figuring that out, so I'm going to leave the air stuff to others.  The front pump should be a motor reservoir system with a heavy battery cable to it (usually a solenoid triggered by the controller).  Two hydraulic lines for feed and return go to the controller which is basically just a manifold to route the fluid to whatever ram needs to extend.  Controller is usually on the left side of the drivers seat, and mine has four levers for extend and retract.

Does your system look like either of these?

I Took a good look at the control panel and the plastic overlay has long since dried up and peeled off, but underneath it left an impression in the glue that looks like "Jet C.- Humbolt IA" or IN. It Has a compressor "on" light and a automatic level switch and a front and rear right/left switch. The hood release pull handle is mounted on the same bracket on the upper left side. I Also forgot to mention in my previous post that there are new red air bags inside the coil springs.

That does not sound like hydraulic controls. The hydraulics will have many heavy hoses coming out of the control unit. If you do not have that part along with the front rams then you are looking at basically a whole system and that will be real pricey.

Something similar to this?

Might be something they did years ago and still have information.

That is what I have on mine but it only covers the rear, the front bags are the standard in spring jobs that I eliminated by going to the HD springs. His description of the switches kind of sounds like that system with the exception of the front adjustment. And the compressor for the Jet system is in the rear.

The Jet system is one set up i have but there is remnants of another system i can't figure out. After i get the whole thing up and running i'll see whats going to work on the Jet system.  I Do have two compressors and two different tanks with hoses with small air lines and no hydraulic hoses that i can find. Just open clips and a couple of greasy brackets and a rusty shadow where the rams were mounted.  I Finally got a good camera and i'll try to get some pictures if i can get under there after this rain is over.

Usually the compressor up front is for the air horns.
