Brakes & Rotors for my 73’ Brave

Hey guys,
It’s time to dive into the brakes on my Winnie.  Without taking them off, does anyone know what pads I will need?  I appear to have discs on the front and drums on the back, is that correct?


Any help is much appreciated!

Mine has drum front and back.  I'd like to maybe do the disc swap in the front at some point.
