Sewer gas while driving, which component to buy?

whenever I have the window rolled down while driving, the sewer gas smell just reeks throughout the entire rv.


What component is best to eliminate the smell?


Camco Cyclone?
Lippert 360 Siphon?
Something Else?


anyone have these and would like to comment on what works best? My issue is while driving only, but some people have issues while stationary.

I have this swivel torpedo looking thing that swivels in the wind. .goes on top of the pipe .. (glued to the pipe) cost like 15 dollars and it eliminated the smell even when driving...
