Weather sealing entire RV?

How do I seal this baby up? Whats up for debate? I want something for all climates. Primarily hot. Mix of AZ and FL.

That question covers a lot! 


Roof:  check all seals and coating.  Replace and recoat as needed..
body:  Check all door, window and compartments and any other orifice which has connection to the interior.  Replace seals, caulk, and repair any open holes, cracks or seams as needed.

Starting the roof tomorrow. It doesnt need it but Everything has to be sealed. It might be sold this weekend.

Having a freshly sealed roof is a huge selling point!
