Anyone know which belt would be used in the event the AC compressor needs by-passing for a 1994 454 TBI with no air-pumps.

No, why?  Just unplug the cable from the A/C compressor to prevent the clutch from turning on.

Are you concerned about yours?  A/C compressors are cheap. Carry a spar compressor if you like.

Reason being is if the AC clutch bearing seizes it will throw and/or break the belt. The clutch disengaged still has a bearing in pulley. The belt also goes around PS pump pulley>AC pulley>water pump pulley>crank pulley. The AC is currently running fine now but given thought to a..."What if scenario when on the road"

I'd be looking for a belt that went around all except the AC pulley. Only the PS pump>waterpump>crank.

Anyone know if the clutch can be removed with the compressor installed? The clutch faces forward. This RV has no air pumps.

I have a 1994 Southwind p30 chassis with a 454, on mine the A/C doesnt work so Ive been trying to figure out if I could just take the belt off and run without the one belt??

You could but you'll now only have 1 belt turning your power steering pump which also powers the hydroboost (brakes as well). If that belt breaks...you lose your power steering and brake boost. If I went that route I'd be inclined to replace the power steering belt and check it more frequently. Do you have air pumps?

you can pull the clutch and get a new clutch and bearing installed without discharging the system.
If you got the space to do so - depends. For many you have to unbolt the A/C compressor - but no need to discharge.

Check if you got sufficient charge, an A/C gauge set is like $30-40.

When the A/C bearing spins fine - A/C compressors usually seize internal, just unplug the compressor.   It's just another pulley.

Anyone know the charge spec for 1994 P-32 chassis (GM) and what type refrigerant for 1994?

Here some pics of the compressor...
