No luck with duck(tec).  Just about gave up but found  Makarios  RV. http://www.makariosrv.com
They seem to have it and a lot of other repair type parts, ordered it and will report back when I get it.

Okeydokey! Flames, pilot and re-ignition when the hot water runs out.  This was the Atwood Pilot Assembly Replacement A1U  91603 for the Atwood 6 Gallon Water Heater (for you future searchers out there).  Fill tube is way thinner than the original but the pilot flame is way bigger.  I guess there is just build-up in the old tube after so many years?  The hardware that is supposed to attach the thermocouple and actual pilot orifice to the burner is different, but it still works.  Thanks again to the great advicers out there.  On to the water pressure switch!
