No electric at outlets when running generator

Well I fired up the Genset for the first time since I picked up my 72 brave about 2 weeks ago. I don't know how long it has been since it ran, it has about 250 hours on it though. It started right up, runs great (somehow ha). When I started it, all the breakers were switched off. I went into the RV, and switched the Generator breakers to the on position. The lights inside the RV got brighter, so I knew the generator was powering the lights now, but with my tester I still had no 110v at the outlets. Any idea whats wrong?

OK I figured out what it was, I wasn't switching the breakers on correctly.

Did you plug the elect cord in the receptical mounted in side of the compartment that holds your elect cord. That should bring your 110 to life.
