Jetco Air Ride / Leveler system problems

Does anyone have a manual or information for a Jetco air ride rear suspension/leveling system ?  I'm trying to resolve numerous leaks in different places including leaky manifold valves, a compressor that blows the fuse after running more than 10 minutes, etc.  I would like to replace the mechanical/pneumatic parts and valves with a more robust system and need to determine loads such as PSI shutoff, amps, etc.  I will probably have to keep the air bags style itself because of the way they are mounted (see picture, they are tied in with the other suspension parts) - they look pretty tough to upgrade and difficult enough to replace.  I have talked to the people at Jetco for parts and they carry old stock but no longer manufacture this system, so I'm pretty sure it's outdated.

There is a control under the dash with a red light indicator to let you know that the compressor is filling.  There are three two-position toggle switches - left to right, the first one is for manual or automatic control, and the next two are for left and right manual up/down (fill/release).  This was a fairly impressive system for an 88 RV.

Thanks,
Chuck

My search of the topics only brought out an old post on air pressure on the bags.  And, that was something I DID want to know. (My truck has them.)

Maybe one of the experts on the site will have the info you need.  That is what usually happens with these subjects.

Well...I have a Jetco manual now, not very pretty but a manual none the less.  I"ll be glad to share it, and I also redrew the wiring diagram since it was so sketchy and color coded it to make it easier to work with.  After reading the manual thoroughly I realized the importance of the radial arm that goes from the frame to the pivot plate on the passenger side.  It was broken at the mount and I just had it welded last Tuesday.  While doing so, I had to remove the dual rims and finally I was able to see the top of the air bag (air spring) which was quite interesting.  I knew that the air first goes into the square tube, but coming out it goes into the bag itself through a 3/4" air hose (see my pitiful sketch attached) which looks strange to me, and I'm still bewildered at why this hollow tube is atop of my springs.  I got out my soapy water combo and sprayed her down only to find many tiny bubbles that Dino would be proud of.  I got a screwdriver and tightened the wormgear clamp and sat there dumbfounded that I haven't discovered this until now!  Well I must admit I had to borrow tools to get the wheels off (I found that the lug wrench that came with it is obviously a prop) but I remedied that problem with an Ebay purchase today.  It must have been one of the major leaks because so far there has been no drop in two days!  While I was at it I cleaned both tires and wheels which look quite lovely now!  At least this gives me time to budget new air bags without biting the bullet!   :D
