Is it possible for me to up grade my single motorhome battery to dual 6 volt batteries with out much work? I would like to get the outlets that are in my motorhome to work off battery power and not just generator power. Is it possible?

Yes, it is easy to change over to 6 volt batteries.  They are just connected neg to pos (-/+) terminals between them instead of pos to pos (+/+) as with 12 volt batteries.  As for the wiring to the outlets, that's set-up for 115v shore power, I'm not sure if you'd have to make any changes in the wiring.  I'll let that up to the electrician pros to answer.

Too bad we're on opposite ends of the earth, I just converted to 12v gels and have 2 good, 6v golf cart batteries to give away.  They do provide electric to the coach for a long time too!

Hm-m-m-m!  I wonder what shipping on those batteries would be?  Maybe I'll get time to check that out.

What's the weight?

They're weight rated "FH"... Freakin' Heavy!  I'm not really sure, but they feel like a ton each.  If I can find the scale around here, I'll see what they come in at.  (Funny, that scale seemed to disappear about the same time my wife turned 40).
