add on electric water heat

I have been watching my fuel tank empty and not looking forward to moving RV to fill tank (or buy 20 gallons of propane). I have been looking at my heater and seeing this plug (to the novice eye ) that is the same size an electric water heater replacement element. can one be added where do you get the electricity from ( i am thinking microwave circuit). any ideas???
