Removing 318 front oil Seal?

Doe's  anyone know if there is room to remove the harmonic balancer off the front of a 318 dodge to remove the front oil seal, without having to remove the radiator.  Hm? or do you have to remove the rad to get the harmonic balancer off. 1975 bago brave? Do you have to take the timing chain cover off or can you just change the oil seal.
