I have two fresh water tanks in my 73 Brave that originally worked off of a pressurized system.  (Does anyone know if that was the original tank set up?) I have since changed to an on demand system.  Works good with the dual tanks.  MY QUESTION IS: on top of one of the old tanks there was a approx. 10" probe made out of plastic that proceeded straight down into the one tank.  What was that Probe for? Maybe volume measurement??
Thanks in advance for your answer.

No such thing on my original tanks. I to went to the sure flow and the system works great.

1.  Yes.  Pressurized system was original and continued for a few years later as well.

2.  The tube is the sending unit for the WEMAC volume center (The entire set-up is covered in detail in the Winnebago Eyebrow Coach Manual in the club store).
