I have no idea what year pickup my wheels came from.  My own experience came about because I'm an audio guy who happens to own an old Winnie.

I also own two cutaway vans which carry audio gear - one Chevy, one Ford.  After carefully measuring the wheels on my vans I pretty well concluded that the Ford 16" rims would fit... same bolt pattern, and all other dimensions were close.

I went on Craigslist and found used rims for sale and purchased them.  It wasn't until I already had them mounted and tried to test drive that I discovered they were not perfect.  15 minutes each side on the caliper with a die grinder and haven't had a problem since.

Sorry I don't have more specific info regarding chassis.  I can tell you that my E350 cutaway is an '89.  But those rims are all the same as far as I can tell from year to year.  Ford, coined, 16", 8 lugs on 6.5" centers.  I reused the original lug nuts which came on my Winnie.
