Hi all , Thinking about getting a 2.5" toilet riser.  wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. I feel like i am setting on a low rider. i have a 1985 chieftain and im a little on the tall side.  or do you all think its better to gowith a new taller toilet? thanks Rar......

A new toilet makes the bathroom look newer and cleaner, and a lot of the new ones have porclean bowls, so they are easier to keep clean, so if it was me, I'd go with a new toilet.
Nothing wrong with a riser though, as long as they don't cost too much.  If its much more than 75 bucks, you might as well get a new toilet, which you can find for as little as 120 bucks brand new with the porcelain bowl.

Why am I spelling porcelain  wrong?  I tried every conceivable combination, and it still says I'm spelling it wrong...lol!

Porcelain.  Whoops, sorry Kevin.  I am bored.  Nothing to do here except dream of going camping. :-[

Looks okay to me the way it is.

I installed a Dometic riser under my new Bravura toilet when the old Galaxy gave up.  It cost about $30, which is more than the little piece is worth, but it went in easy and fit perfectly.  Have not had any problems with it and it definitely helps.  I'm 6'1" and have bad knees.  The little riser makes a big difference.
