I have Suburban furnace NT-34SP which stopped working. Fan blows but it does not ignite. I followed the troubleshooting and it came to my circuit board being bad. If I look for new one I have two choices:
With fan relay or without it. How do I know if my board has a fan relay on it?

I'm no expert in this line but from what I can garner from this manual you do not have a relay.  I keep coming up with this part number for a module: 520820   If it does have a relay there is a conversion kit 520839 that goes with the 520820.  However, I could be wrong so take my advice as seasoning on a cracker.

Which one you need is determined by how the blower motor is turned on and off. Referring tohttp://www.brwholesale.com/itemNotes/schematics/Suburban/Furnaces/Furnace_Service_Manual.pdf

With Fan control (Fig 28 on pdf page 33), the blower motor connects directly to the control board. Control Board has 3 wires plus ground.

W/O Fan Control (Fig 24 on pdf page 31), the blower motor is controlled by the time delay relay.  Control Board has 6 wires plus ground.
