adding a horn with different wiring

I dont believe the horns are the problem, but if I keep the fuse in I drain the battery, without the fuse I dont have a horn. That is the only reason I wanted to wire in a horn in another way.

The last time I paid someone to do anything to one of my vehicles was.... Well NEVER, Usually with a book and enough time I can figure anything out. I WILL master this electrical stuff once I have time to tear into it. For now I was looking for a quick fix to get me on the road.
