Quadrajet ID difficulty(Help) :)

Okay, these are shots of the carb.  Are any of these identifiers??
On a 1984 GM 454..


Not sure this counts, I think this is the mixture control?

I know this is the name of the carb right?

Thinking Dave was right though.


Maybe this?

Or this one?

Nope, none of those.  Keep looking.  It is vertical and on an inside corner.  Check youtube.  There are several videos on how to identify a Quad.

Looking down on the carb from the back, along the rib that your left rear carb bolt goes through, will be the carb identification info.  The info is printed on the front of the rib vertically, so its hard to see and easy to miss.
