Trying to get my air pressure water system working. 1971 Brave, wall switch with guage has wiring to it which runs down inside of wall, thru side passage to the back but is not connected to pump, just bare wires. One wire out of that loom does go to one of the tanks which I am assuming reads the pressure in system to dictate water level. Now I did find wires coming from rear of coach that is wired into pump with twist connectors and the pump runs continuous(I disconnected one wire to keep it from running)so this wire is hot continuous. Any ideas on how this should be wired correct?

Sorry, I have never seen a wiring diagram of this circuit.

??? Wow when Dave doesn't have the answer I worry and wonder if I should grab my bug-out bag head for the hills..
But seriously, any of us other folk here know how Lyle could maybe DYI this? With maybe a box and switch in his Coach to control the pump?

I can at least deduce what the circuit would have to have:

Pump motor
Power Switch
Fuse
Adjustable pressure transducer on/off control.  This would be identical in operation to the type of pressure switch used for a water well pump used in a house in the country.

Pressure transducer for gauge

Got it figured out. I guess for some reason the PO must have disconnected the wiring and just used wire nuts to on and off it themselves. I just connected all of it together with hot wire going to switch and return hot from switch going to pump with all the grounds connected. It works with the switch now! Must have a slow leak or the guage doesn't work, because it always shows empty with a full tank. Any one know how long the compressor should run to build adequate pressure in the tanks? Maybe that would make a difference on the guage.
