Im not sure if this is the right board but im going to try it.

My 95 Vectra has the factory cassette player in it and I want to swap it out for a CD/Bluetooth. My concern is that the TV also plays thru stereo speakers and im not sure if that is in the factory radio or id there is something else that controls that.

So.... Can i just wire in a stereo or??

Trace the existing wires from the stereo and TV to see how they connect with the speakers.  This will show you how they are arranged so that both play through the speakers.  You should be able to just wire in the new audio unit in like fashion to the existing set-up.

Based on my experience and especially if your TV is a flat screen with rear speakers, you want to ensure that the speakers used by the TV are powered. If you are going with a new stereo and running your TV thru it you *may or may not* have to have the stereo powered up in order to have powered speakers for the TV.
The built in rear speakers on most 26" and smaller flat screens are often inadequate for volume.
In my case I moved the forward TV to mid coach and added one in the BR.
Mid coach set's volume was terrible, so I added a cheap set of USB powered computer speakers.
TV is dual voltage with built in DVD. Computer speakers plug into the headphone RCA jack on the TV. Speaker power comes from speaker to TV USB.
Computer speakers also have an independent volume control that works in conjunction with the TV volume control.
Less than $20.00, great sound and far more volume than I'll ever use.
Not sure if this applies to you, but works great in my case.

TV sound routed through the radio was a factory design.  I would need to know your specific Vectra model number (e.g. WCM34RA) to point you to the wiring information for your RV.
