Lost half 110 outlets

I am at my wits end.  I decided to unwinterize my 84 Holiday Rambler and plugged an air compressor to the outside 110 outlet.  Nothing happened - no power.  I went inside and looked at the voltmeter I had plugged into the outlet over the sink.  It read 110 volts.  I took the voltmeter and plugged it into all the sockets in the coach.  The outlets on the passenger side were all dead except for the refrigerator.  The ones on the driver side were all active except in the bedroom.  I have cycled all the circuit breakers, reset the GFI, (several times) but nothing changed.  I can't picture in my mind where the break in power would be.  It was all working well when I closed it up for winter.  Any ideas?

When you wrote you reset the GFI do you mean the outside plug where you had plugged in the compressor?
Did you also check the one by the bathroom vanity (assuming there is one there)?
if the compressor switch was 'on' when you plugged it in you conceivably could have had an air arc that tripped both.

The GFI is in the circuit breaker box.  There is none on any of the outlets.  I did not have the compressor on when I plugged it in and I doubt that it tripped anything.  There has got to be something in the wiring that has broken.  I am suspecting maybe a mouse or squirrel might have gotten inside the walls, but I don't see any evidence of that, either.  I don't think there is some inline fuse I don't know about, but I'm not crossing that out.  I have a wiring diagram of the 12 volt system, but I don't have one for 110 volt.  It can't be all that complicated.  The power comes in from the shorepower plug and goes to the circuit box where it is distributed to the different circuits.  The converter still works, so there is power to it, the refrigerator has power, so does the microwave, and there is power in the bathroom.  What is dead is all the wall outlets on the curb side plus one on the driver side in the bedroom.  I'm going to play with the circuit breaker box tomorrow and pull the breakers and see if there is any abnormalities there.  (Yes, I'll turn the power off before I play).

Check the screws on the terminal lugs where the wires attach to the breaker buss. It is possible that the screw has come loose or the connection has corroded over time. If it is tight loosen and retighten it. If you have any wire nuts in the line take them off and preferable put new ones on, could have the same scenario, loose or corroded.

Since it appears those outlets not working are loop wired, carefully start checking where you have 120 and where you dont on the outlet terminals themselves. I hope the wiring diagram gives you the info to which outlets are tied together once the wiring leaves the breaker box.
