Need Help With Posting Features (Smilys, Fonts, etc)

I can't use the features pictured below when creating a post.

My cursor turns into a hand when hovering over, but clicking them does nothing.

Any ideas? I'm using Windows 10.

 Hm? I have no problems, What browser are you using and is it up to date?

IE Edge 13.

Says it's the most current version.

That may not be compatible with the forum, I will have to say wait till Mark comes on and answers that one. I use Firefox.

I believe Internet Explorer is the default browser for Windows 10. I could always switch browsers, though, if indeed it's the problem, AND there isn't simply a setting that can be adjusted...

Edge is the browser for Win 10 but I never used it, I carried over Firefox from the last three operating systems. It works well and has good add ons.

I never used edge with win 10 either.   Use Chrome or Firefox or any other browser other members use which works.
