Are there any companies/sources out there who sell windshield and window covers which utilize the dot twist-locks for mid-eighties Fleetwood Southwinds?

Any company that make covers for boats - bimini, winter window covers, etc. will have them, as will most marine suppliers.
Be very careful when installing and using. They fasten through the outer surface and are a very common source of water ingress.
They are also a #$@&&%^ to use in cold weather, when the cover doesn't want to stretch.
