Well, I lost some magic smoke out of the old Winne this week.  We were plugged into shore power with only the AC running.  I replaced the AC unit about 10 yrs ago.  We had run it all week, off and on. It had been running for about 15 min., then the circuit breaker popped and we smelt the dreaded magic smoke.  All lines connected to the Neutral block are melted.  Any ideas where/what to look?.  Also I should update the power converter and charger while I'm in there.  Any suggestions? I've used the search option and found a few examples, but not one that matches my unit.

Thanks

Judging from the rusty screws I would say loose wires. All of the screws have been hot for some time. Actually those wires do not look like they just burned either, they look like they have been that way for a while. looks like the failure was above and/or behind the block.

That's what I'm hoping.  I am going to replace the convertor, I hope the issue was in the converter and not in the wiring somewhere.

From the looks of things in there you are pretty lucky to have not had a fire.
