Pulled my manifolds (with only one bolt that wouldnââ,¬â,,¢t come out!) to get them planed and fix a leak.  Air system already removed.

One manifold has a port that is just rusted away.  Machine shop wonââ,¬â,,¢t touch them.

Can someone help me with a source for new ones?  Looked online a bit, but everything wants a make and model of the vehicle, and P30 usually isnââ,¬â,,¢t an option!

A good brand and what to search for to find the right one would be great.

Any advice appreciated.

Since you used plural, I'm guessing you want exhaust? Have you tried the dealer with just a 87 454 in a truck? Sure they may play 20 Q with you, but be honest about it and tell them what you want. I can't be that hard to find parts, can it?

Rick-- the problem with google is that I was overwhelmed with options!

I dont want to buy junk.   Hoping for some good suggestions on a quality product.

I thought about headers.  I wasnt real excited about replacing the entire exhaust right now, so I was trying to just replace the manifolds so i could bolt them right back up.  I dont have the skills to replace the entire exhaust myself (welding is not one of my skills).  Also, sound reduction is more important to me than a little more performance.

Truthfully, I just wanted to stop the the "tick" from a leak and remove the final AIR parts, but I guess now I am "in it to win it."

Wife would like me to get this done so we can use the Eagle 5 after COVID stops.

Contrary to popular belief the headers will not make it any louder as long as you use the same mufflers. you will find that the headers exit real close to where the pipes that are there now come down and bend to go towards the back. So you or a muffler shop could easily cut the original pipes off right at that bend and tie in the headers with a short section of modern flex tubing. Not the stuff we used to use in the 70's that we called flex! This is what the manufacturers use nowadays to compensate for engine movement to exhaust and they are on all front wheel drive cars. If you want to stay with the stock manifolds that will work also but be aware that you are going to have to buy the three studs that the exhaust pipe attaches to separately since they do not come with the manifolds and getting the ones out of your old ones will be more trouble then it is worth. You are pretty much stuck with aftermarket or junkyard and I would advise against junkyard since warping and cracking was a major problem with the big block manifolds.
This is the flex connector I was talking about.

I found some ATP Manifolds at Summit.  Will see how long it takes me to get them with COVID delays.

I had one bolt that would not come out when I removed the manifolds.  Had to cut the head off it.  That left a stud behind.  It would not budge at all.

Bought a Performance Tool Stud Extractor from Advance Auto.  That thing saved my butt.  Put it on my impact wrench and it latched right onto that stud and pulled it right out.  It was great!
