We are buying <haven't paid for it yet> our first RV. It is a 1989 27' Winnebago Itasca Suncruiser ?Chevy P30? with a 454 7.4 gm carbureted project. Please link me up or let me know where to put all these issues.

1. Brake pedal goes down but needs a foot to make it come back up. How does that get fixed? I hope I can do the work.

Same problem, ask any additional questions here:

2. I want to fully service this vehicle so I know it has a chance to travel over minimal sized hills and flatland with no issues. We will risk the bigger hills for another time. What shops do I need to look for? Big truck service locations? Semi service locations? Some RV places I called said they only work on warranty vehicles.

That's a common challenge.  The only thing you can do is is look up service shops in your area of travel and call them to find out.

3. Aux, Mom, Main and maybe Dual buttons. These three confuse the owner.  There is a button that checks the battery charge. Cool. There is a button that he broke that he swears he needs to connect the button to start the RV with AUX batteries when the cranking battery is dead. I dont in theory think those circuits are tied together. I will be replacing ALL batteries.

This is a very common question.  The dual "MOM" switch. Here's the answer, it applies to all chassis makes.

This includes wiring diagram

Additional questions should be asked on an individual topic.

4. Removing the old and putting in new. I am looking for scrap bone yards or newly used refurbish places for RV stuff. Searching in Wisconsin primarily or northern Illinois.

A nifty list of RV salvage yards by State:

5. Tires, rims AND alignment. It has 8r19.5 rims and tires. I have a recommendation for 225/70 19.5 rims and tires. They must be replaced asap and will be. Just wondering if anyone has switched over and was it beneficial?

This is a common question.  Here's a topic which gives good info on your question.  It's older, but the information is just as applicable now:

6. Does anyone have any usable manuals for this model? Any info? Experience with this generation of RV and similar?

Yes I am going to get this in depth into this RV.

Wow. That is a lot of questions. My first advice to you would be to upgrade your membership so you will have full site access. Then, using the search function, go through the myriad of posts relating to your 21 queries and check the numerous manuals you can also open. Not only will you learn a hell of a lot, but it may help you with how you craft your queries.
As well, 21 queries in one post is really not the best way to request assistance. Check and read the 'Forum Rules' thoroughly for procedures on posting as well as the various topics to post to.
After the above
Welcome.
You have joined the one site that has some of the best advisors for all of your questions.
You will see here many times that 'the only stupid question is the one you don't ask'.
As well, we do like photos and your's loaded fine.

Welcome and nice rig!

Yep, that's a lot of info to try to answer in one post. The search ( use the Google option on tge drop down) will help a lot.

Good news, we do have answers to all your questions and our members are eager to help!

I have split these questions to individual ones, answered a few here, and gave some links which will give you info. You can always ask additional if you need more info.

If so many questions are asked in one post, here's what happens, you get only a few replies to some questions you would have gotten more on if they were asked separately.  And, those answers will be all mixed up together bouncing from question to question. Very confusing to both you and those trying to answer.  Last, there's so many, some will be bound to be overlooked and go unanswered.

To find the split questions, you can scroll the boards; yours will magically have your info as the poster.  Or, tap on your profile and select "topics" from the drop down. They are all on the Coach, Chevy, and Topics for all Chassis boards.

By splitting the questions, it'll be easier to see just the answer to each specific question, plus it helps others to get help from them as well in the future!

Please re-read the initial post.  I have edited it extensively and included replies to some of the questions which are highlighted in Brown

There's one question which still needs answers in it and replies can be made here.

PS. as you can see, I condensed your photos into 3 posts.  You can have up to 4 photos in one post.
