I have scoured the known universe for a replacement door for the sewer compartment with no luck. I am going to get serious this year about repairing the few little things that bug me, and this door is at the top of the list. It looks like it was probably backed into at one time and it punched a hole through it and cracked it almost in half. I believe that the exterior is plastic and the interior is some sort of foam. If this was your RV, how would you tackle this sort of repair?

I would use a fiberglass repair kit.  Used it for a few, impossible to find access doors.  Worked great!

Doesn't Winnebago still make or have on hand some of those exterior items like doors, bumper parts, etc?

Oz

Almost nothing. Hundreds of members have tried them with empty hands.

Except holding tanks.  They still have the molds and will make them through special order.

Do you recall the door removal process or did you repair it in place?
