riveted wheels are coming loose

Hello everyone,
my rims are making a funny noise.
and I guess its the rivets that have worked themselves loose.
anyone here that tried , welding them, riveting them?

Should pull one and have it checked out to be certain if it's actually the rivets.  If so, they could be reset, but that may not be advisable.

Find out the true reason for the noise.
