 >:(  I checked the fuel pump and it is working fine as I bypassed it and used a can. I then bypassed the water separator and went from tank to pump and still nothing. I pulled the line off the carb and turned it over and just a small spit of gas comes out. I have backed blew the lines with a compressor. and still nothing. When I pour a little gas in the carb she fires right up. I am stumped. I am wondering if the sock if there is one in the tank is collapsed and keeping gas from coming out.

I'm going to assume you've checked your fuel filter... all I can suggest is start at the carb and work backwards... could have had a nasty tank of gas that clogged the filter up....

Check your fuel outlet line from the tank. The rubber line cracks and it will suck air instead of fuel.
This has happened a bunch of times on many older vehicles... Mine was that way when I got my winnie...on both tanks. even an electric pump only drew air.

I had to convince myself that that was the problem, because you may not see much dry rotting in the line after you drop the tank (or cut a hole in the floor?) but if you go through that much trouble to inspect it, just replace it.. don't trust what you might not see! (and if your a good contortionist, and have eyes on the end of your fingers, you can change the line without dropping the tank, but it's a real pain.
Remembering My 72 D20RG Brave "Smurfbago" The old girl never let me down, and she's still on the road today. quick! get out the Camera... I spotted another junkyard full of Winnies...

If you have the carter carb, check the needle valve in the front. This is where the line hooks up to the carb. My was stuck. Just needed some cleaning.
