Onan Generator Self-Made Exhaust Gasket Materials

Im looking for some exhaust gasket material for the downpipe so I can make my own gaskets can't find it anyware Anyone have any ideas?

Red peramatex works good on exhaust but give it the time to dry before running the gen. ....used it on my racecar headers alot & works great!

Just be sure that your bolts don't bottom out before the pipe is tight!

I found material to make gaskets at a parts plus store.   You should be able to find it most anywhere.
