Cheiftain front turn signals needed

Some time back I posted a question about the rear turn signals and brake lights.  I can't find the posting for some reason.  Likely my own issues but, I looked at my front turn signals and the entire fixture needs replaced. 
I was hoping the old thread would lead me to the right place.


So, any thoughts on what to use to replace them in the front?

Now I need to find the front ones located in the front bumper.  I opened them and the sockets are shot.
