Can't Find Transmission Fluid Fill Tube: Georgie Boy 1978 Cruise Air Dodge 440

For some reason, I cannot find the intake for the transmission.  I had to put in new tranny lines.  Got those done, need to add tranny fluid, but now, I cannot find where to put it in, nor can I find where the dipstick is located.

Strange this is, I bought the manual for the M400 (correct manual) and I cannot find in the manual where these things are either.  So, I think it is probably my inability to read, but I cannot find this.

It is in the doghouse, just to the passenger side of center, right in the back.  It does NOT look like a normal dipstick.  It is the place where you fill also, with a funnel.  But, the dipstick is a little larger of a tube than one would expect from a dipstick.
