I have a 1975 Class "C" with 16.5" front and back but it shows that I have to use Budd wheel system on the rear. Will those rims fit my unit?

Well crap, I took them out to take a few pics for you, and thought it would be good to try & find a description/application for you with the part number.
When I did a search of the # (WS 313U) it came up as a 16" simulator for Dodge 1984-up. I could have sworn they were listed for earlier models when I ordered them. In fact, I'm sure they were for 1970-1994 models, as that's when they finally changed the design.
