How do I find out the model of my 1977 Coachman?

Ok, so I bought a 1977 coachman on a dodge M500 chassis, how do I find out what model this is?

Coach Mfg's typically place this years model on previous year chassis so, M500 chassis is most likely a 76.  You need to find the Dodge Chassis VIN plate to confirm then http://www.classicwinnebagos.com/forum/tech_resources/VIN_decoders/DodgeVINdecoder.html

One note on the brand name.  See Dave's spelling...  I, along with most likely everyone else, always think the brand is Coachman... but, it's actually Coachmen.  A web search will show both spellings, which is really confusing.  So, I've watched for them on the road and, sure enough, it's Coachmen.  It would be interesting to see what your actually says on it!
