I see at Camping World bunk ladders.  One 60 inch the other 66 inch.  Anyone know for a 73 brave what the length would be ?

With the bunk in the down position, measure from the top edge of the bunk to the floor straight down. Then add about a foot to allow for the tilt of the ladder. That should get you close enough to decide which would work the best. Keep in mind, if the ladder has any leg length at the bottom, you might could cut down a taller ladder to be at just the right angle when hooked on the edge. I would think the ladder feet should be about 1' to 1 1/2' away from the bunk (vertically) when it is hooked onto the bunk. Any more would be a waste of floor space, and any less could make it tricky to climb without falling backwards.
I reserve the right to reject your reality and substitute my own...

I just measured the stock bunk ladder from my 75 Brave D21 and it was 53.5" from the little lip that hooks over the bunk edge to the curved bottom of the rubber feet.

Good Luck

I use the ladder from the drop down (longer) bunk. it gives my daughter a less scary angle to climb up, since the pull down became her bed...she can almost just walk up, and it still is the right size to use as a bunk guard, so she doesn't roll out! there are brackets on my ladder to do just that.

The bunk ladder was missing when I bought my 73 Brave. I took the outside ladder that goes up to the roof (don't want anyone up there anyway) and cut out the straight section, added some 1" plastic caps on the four ends and made 4 hooks for it. Two hooks are on the top end of the ladder to hook on to the bunk when in the climbing position. The other 2 are mounted on the one side of the ladder so that it hooks on to the bunk as a safety rail. Gave me peace of mind at night when the kids were little (also kept them in bed until I got up and let them down).
