Try finding a set of "Dead soft laminated aluminum" header gaskets. They conform to whatever irregularities you might have & can be re-used indefinitely.  I've had mine for five years now with absolutely no leaks.   Hope this helps C YA! GONMAD

Well those seem to be  the right ones. I have got the old ones. they are on backorder. Looking for a quicker alternative.

Did you see if they have them on JEGS?  Both Summit and JEGS have good, phone customer service.  You can call JEGS and give them the Summit part number and they will see if they have it themselves.

Ill call. Has anyone tried using silicone. The gentlemen that flattened my exhaust manifolds said he used high temp copper silicone for old cars and had never had a problem. Anyone tried this?
