Replace or Rebuild Thermoquad Carb?

In retrospect, that 11mpg rating was a one time deal in ideal conditions, and I wrote that with wishful thinking.  We had an incredibly easy trip that day with gentle rolling hills and a very strong tail wind.

Average mpg with the 27 foot 1977 Itasca with the 454 and Rochester Quadrajet was a decent 7 mpg on average...when it was still running perfectly.  I could expect anywhere from 6-8 depending on conditions.
