Get your carb rebuilt!!!

Just thought I would share what a difference a carb rebuild makes. I sent my Thermo-quad to Jeff  in Utah and for under $200 he rebuilt it and wow what a difference. The engine runs so smooth now and starts so easily.  Plus it's probably the cleanest part of the motorhome!

Had the Qjet done on my 454 for $242 at the time. Core exchange, ship old back free. Or have yours rebuilt for same money. Done in Florida (included lifetime guarantee for $17). Looks like you have one of the plastic, main body thermo-quads. Mine couldn't be rebuilt due to several cracks around the bolt holes and one in the float bowl. A friend of ine said my problem is quite common in these. So I opted for a used Edelbrock and did the rebuild myself. It does make a huge difference in performance and economy having it tuned right.
