fan motor removal on roof air conditioner

Yea, it looks like I'll have to remove the fan motor from the a/c unit. It has a Styrofoam box over the squirrel cage part. I'll have to see how to remove that box without busting it up & then try to get the motor out. Good thing I have all winter to work on this & here in Tennessee, there are some days that are decent weather during the winter so hopefully I can get er done.
