How to remove fuel tanks

Step 1. Remove all the gas. Step 2. Crawl under the MH and unscrew the clamps that hold the gas line in place. Then unscrew the hose clamps holding the gas tank filler hose and remove the hose and filler neck. Step 3. Undo the nuts on the straps holding the gas tank in place. Step 4. Crawl under the MH and slide the tank forward as much as possible. Cut the wires that go to the fuel sending unit and the ground. Step 5. Unbolt the gas tank holder that is closer to the rear of the MH.  You will need 3/4 in sockets and an extention. When that is released the tank can be tilted slid out from under the MH.
