When does TH400 kickdown?

After resetting my kickdown switch, it seems to work now.  But, it doesn't kickdown at near highway speeds, only say less than 40mph.  I thought it should kickdown 50-55 to pass.  Not that I'm going to pass anything but a gas station  :)rotflmao

Ok, talked to a transmission guy.  He said I am kicking down at low speeds due to the vacuum modulator, not the kickdown switch.  It should kick down at highway speeds, so I need to check and see if +12V is at the transmission connector when the throttle is mashed.
