Onan BFA 4.0 vs 73 Indian wiring

I just purchased an Onan BFA 4.0 generator out of a Elhart Sprinter of the same vintage as mine. I have it in the alloted space, it starts, runs, provides power etc. Attached to the generator is a wiring harness with 4 wires attached, running close to my generator cubicle is a flat wire loom with 5 very small wires  . I would hope that both these are to allow me to start the generator using the dash mounted switch of my 73 Winnebago (dodge Chassis) Indian. Anyone know what wires do what?
