Not that specific video but others on refilling 1lb bottles from a 20 lb tank.

Might have been posted here some time ago. I cant remember.

I was refilling small tanks for a while, but honestly, the hassle is not worth it.  Never could get a full refill, only about half.  I keep an eye out for the small bottles on sale and load up when they are about 1.50 each.

That is interesting, I have the adapter but as was said I never really use it due to only getting half full. Will have to try that.
