I am looking urgently a source for a "steering rod / drag link /
Steering linkage "- I do not know how the part's exact English translation.

Due to there would be for my Winnebago Chieftain of 1976. The chassis should be a M400.
Fitting is under the driver's seat:

And provides expanded like this:

The part is long from center pin to center pin approximately 602mm (32.707inch).

Because my English is extremely limited, a direct link to the spare parts would be advantageous and perfect. With all the well-known auto parts suppliers I'm stuck because this sort usually after car models.

Thank you to the extent

Understeer is when you see the tree, if you'll take. Oversteer is when you only hear him on impact.

eXodus

also called control arm or tie rod.

Maybe you are searching wrong - you don't have to replace the hole part. Press out the end links.

Das ganze Teil wird nicht mehr hergestellt und gibt es nicht mehr. Du must warscheinlich die Enden auspressen und neue rein.

Or build something universal which is adjustable :P

Thank you first for your translation  :)ThmbUp and the less good news for the part ??? .
If I make the arm itself or change, but our authority arises again crosswise and denied admission :'( $@!#@! . The suspension ball joint exchange, would that be a possibility - that I must only determine the exact measurements and see an advertisement ;) .

The part you are looking for is the "drag link".  I have attached the link for the Spicer catalogue.  It lists the drag link as 24.8" long.

I'm just a little confused because the built in 1979-1981 (!) shows and I have no picture to compare Hm? . I must ask once there.
Many thanks  :) :)ThmbUp

If you scroll down a little in the catalogue, there are several drag links listed by their length.  You may want to compare those to the dimensions of your current one.  Rick

Yes, I've seen :)ThmbUp .
On page 28 I found one - still there stays with me always a degree of uncertainty returned if no image of the part is and / or data (such as here, the year of construction) do not match :-[ .

Reply from EXODUS  Was partially incorect It is not a control arm . A tierod/ drag link Are correct . Control arms are only used with coil spring suspensions ! Length and pin diameter/length are the only important measurements, You may even come across an adjustable length one  Frank
