Need new style replacement wiper blades

Man I love this site but I'm having a crazy hard time navigating the search function and finding any info that I need...

Here's my question the wiper blades are shot on my ole girl and I need some new ones before my trip... The old ones are a post or stud style 76 brave.. I know I seen a old post or maybe someone would know .. I'm looking for a kit to retro fit the post style arm to the newer style blades I think I remember someone posting a Napa part number or something... Any ideas .. I guess worse case I take the old blades into the store and see what they can come up with...
